* 1 bunch of Kale rinsed and patted dry
* 1 Tbls Olive Oil
* Kosher salt/cracked black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Remove the kale leaf from the thick steam. I use kitchen scissors to do this but a knife will work as well. Cut/rip/or chop the big leaves into good sized “chips”. In a medium sized bowl drizzle the chips with the olive oil, mix to assure even coating.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the kale chips in an even layer on the baking sheet. (This may take a few batches) Sprinkle the kale with salt and the cracked pepper to taste.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy but not burned. Do not go far, keep an eye on the 1st batch. That way you will know how long they will take going forward.

* garlic powder
* red pepper flakes
* lemon pepper (just a dash)
